He is the Director of Nursing for Education and Practice Development at HMGH and is a Member of Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in Qatar. He is also the Senior Adjunct Instructor, Faculty of Nursing at the University of Calgary in Qatar (UCQ). His current research interests include research utilization, evidenced-based practice, hematology/oncology, nursing informatics and cancer immunotherapy.

He has published more than 50 research articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals. In November 2015, he has received Award of Merit for Placing HMC at the Cutting Edge of Cancer Research as a part of Stars of Excellence Program introduced by HMC. In October 2016, he has completed a Cancer Biology and Therapeutics (CBT) Program, provided by Harvard Medical School.

Early 2016-Present, Assistant Professor in the Vice Deanship for Quality and Development and Department of Medical Education at the College of Medicine, Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University. Multi-Disciplinary University Researcher specializing with Nursing Research and Quality Management System Author. Specializes in the Quality Assurance and Accreditation and researcher in Patient-Centeredness and quality and safety in healthcare

His research interests focus on social determinants of health and the quality and accreditation of medical education.

Madice Merheb; MSN, RN, ACNS-BC received Master’s Degree in Nursing from the Hariri School of Nursing – American University of Beirut (2013), Lebanon after completion of her Bachelor Degree from the Lebanese University (2004). Currently she is working at Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group as a Nursing Excellence Specialist in Head Office – Riyadh. She is certified as Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist by the American Nursing Credentialing Center (2015). A strong advocate of the role of the nurses in the community and intensely believes that the advancement of the nursing profession in the region can be achieved through establishment of the proper policies and escalation in the professional development/education of the registered nurse.

Her professional interests focus on the vital role of nursing in primary prevention of disease.

Prof.Dr. Gülten Kaptan ;graduated from Istanbul / Maltepe High School in 1977. She completed the university education in Hacettepe University Nursing High School between 1978-1983 .Between 1985 and 1993, she worked as a research assistant and lecturer in Cumhuriyet University Nursing High School. In 1989 she had master degree in fundamentals of nursing from the same university. Between 1993-1995, she worked as a lecturer at Van 100. Yıl University Health Services Vocational High School Nursing Department. She received Ph.D. degree in Internal Medicine Nursing from Hacettepe University Institute of Health Sciences in 1997. She worked as an assistant professor at Celal Bayar University School of Health in 1997 and served as an assistant professor in 1997 at Celal Bayar University Health Services Vocational School Nursing Department. In 2005, she had been assoc.prof.degree. Kaptan ,also served as the Director of the Institute of Health Sciences at Celal Bayar University and the Director of the School of Health at the same university and as the Manager of Nursing Services at the Celal Bayar University Educational Research Hospital. She worked as a professor / manager at Istanbul Arel University School of Health Sciences. She is still working as a vocational college manager at Beykoz University. KAPTAN, have many national and international publications and books in internal medical nursing area.
